The Come Back Kids

JH Football
The Junior High Football Team has had a rough season with a 1-3 record. New Head Coach, Bret Cales, stated, “the season has gone well so far and the kids are improving each and every game.”
The team’s weaknesses are, besides being inexperienced, playing together and tackling. Blocking is also in need of improvement. Coach Cales hopes the boys will gain more knowledge of the game. The team’s strengths are they play hard and are well conditioned. The boys are “excited about playing football.” After being stomped by Oxford and Central and getting beat by Caldwell, 20-22, the junior high finally got a win against the Argonia Indians. The score was 44-20.
