HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR PRESCHOOL ATTENDANCE
       The 2010-2011 immunization requirements for attendance in an early childhood program held at a school are as follows: 2 doses of Hepatitis A vaccine and at least one dose of Pneumococcal vaccine.  These are in addition to the regular childhood immunizations. 
A health physical signed by a health care provider is also required.  Mrs. Jordan, RN, the school nurse has health physical forms  in her office or they may be obtained from the Futures office in Wellington.
