On September 22, nine students from the elementary and nine students from the junior high took their positions for the annual spelling bee. Mrs. Peggy Frieouf coordinated the event with the assistance of Mr. Wayne Greenlee and Mrs. Pat Powell. The winners from each division will compete on the county level in Conway Springs on October 13 at 9 a.m. in the high school.
