Career Exploration with Xello
XELLO CAREER EXPLORATION
Xello is a self-exploration and planning program that helps people of all ages achieve their potential in school, career and life by building self-awareness, exploring options and creating plans. It is important for students to utilize Xello to identify areas of interest, then plan backwards using their Individual Plan of Study (IPS). Students can access Xello from the quick link on the school homepage or from the link in the right hand column of this page. It is important to note that use of Xello does not lock students into a career, but allows them to explore how their personality and abilities may mesh with a certain career.
Students are supported by an advisor during Seminar to use Xello to develop an individual plan of study and put together a plan for their future after high school.
