Malcolm Mitchell is a former NFL player who wants to get students to read more, because he knew the importance of reading to school success. So he started the Read Bowl challenge to get students involved in reading. Mr. Malcolm tells why in the linked video.
This challenge is for students in grades PreK-8 and begins Monday, January 8. The rules for the challenge are attached. All students have to do is keep track of their reading minutes each day, and the third graders want all the school to get involved in the Read Bowl! Who will accept this challenge?
