Dear South Haven Band Member,
Each August, South Haven High School Band hosts a three day band camp. During this time, we will begin working on marching and State Fair music before school starts so that we can get a head start on the year. It is important that we have everyone’s participation in band camp so that we can take full advantage of our time. While band camp is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged that you attend! This is for High School Band but Middle School students are more than welcome to join!
All HS Band Members will meet Monday thru Wednesday, August 3rd, 4th, and 5th, from 9:00am to 12:00pm. After Wednesday’s rehearsal, there will be a water balloon fight to celebrate all our hard work! Bring a towel and change of clothes.
***Please bring your instrument, wear tennis shoes, and dress appropriately for the weather, as we will be going outside and marching. Please do not wear flip-flops or slides! And please, please, PLEASE bring water with you to stay hydrated!
